Warranty Information

New Phones

All new products supplied by Phone Monkey come with a full manufactures warranty. Any warranty queries should be directed to the Original Manufacturer. Original receipt, packaging and accessories must be returned with the product.

Pre-Owned Phones

All Pre-Owned phones come with a 12 month warranty.

The warranty does not cover the following

• Any Physical damage

• Liquid damage

• Misuse of the product

• Software related issues due to third party downloads

• Data loss 

• If your device has been tampered with or repaired by a third party the warranty will be void.

• The following consumable parts batteries and charging docks are items that will derogate over the life of the product and are only covered for 3 months

• The following logic board level repairs such as u2 and baseband chips are not covered by our warranty as this caused by the use of non-certified plugs, leads, car chargers, power banks, battery covers etc.

In the event of a warranty claim Phone Monkey will repair your product in our facility or send to a third party repair centre. If in the event that we cannot readily or economically repair your product, you will be issued a credit note to obtain a replacement product in store at the current value of your product at the time of warranty claim.

Phone Monkey cannot be held responsible for any repair work done to products that have previously been repaired in an unauthorised repair centre and warranty will be voided immediately.
